Café by attending our Holiday Dinner Fundraiser! On Thursday,
December 8th, enjoy a cocktail hour, a four-course dinner
and red and white wine. The menu will include dishes like mushrooms
stuffed with turkey sausage in a parmigiana cream sauce, sautéed
duck breast with African berbere
sauce, and gnocchi in stewed tomatoes with pickled okra.
Seating
is limited, so RSVP today at (732)545-9002. Cocktail hour begins at
6PM with sit-down dinner from 6:30PM-8:30PM. The dinner will take
place at the Promise Culinary School at 211 Livingston Avenue in New
Brunswick (NOT our usual location at the Reformed Church of Highland
Park).

If you're still in the mood, and you've got pie left over from Thanksgiving dinner then we won't stop you.(But we'd rather you invited us over for a slice, since we're closed today.)

latest venture from Elijah's Promise!
Raisin' Dough is a Community
Supported Bakery; members purchase an 8-week subscription and receive
a generous weekly share of artisan breads, cookies, pastries, cakes, pies and
more, all baked by students in the Promise Culinary School Baking &
Pastry Program. The Bakery runs year-round, and subscriptions can
start at any time. Shares are picked up on Fridays from 3-6PM at the
Culinary School, located at 211 Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick.
8-week subscriptions are available for $150 ($18.75/week).

will begin operations with only 25 members, so sign up today! Membership is a great way to support your community and enjoy delicious baked goods at the same time. Contact

This Friday our dinner series is coming to a close as the Farmers Market ends that day as well - make sure you come by to stock up for Thanksgiving. We're serving sweet potato pie by the slice this week and early next week we'll be selling whole pies so it will be one less thing to bake.
