October 21st we are celebrating the one year anniversary of our sustainable cafe with a two day celebration. Of course we will feature some of our amazing food. There will also be entertainment, both Patty Fox & Friends and Albert Valleri will play live music for our enjoyment. Some fun events that will take place include door prizes and a silent auction. You can also win "A night with chef Rachel and chef Roy". Our two Better World Cafe chefs will come to your house and prepare dinner for you and your friends. Now who wouldn't love a night with your own personal chefs.
For our Community Craft Activity, we will make a paper chain of gratitude, we will then link it, and hang it in the cafe. Our wonderful sewing circle will put together an apron for display in the cafe. Complimentary cake will be served on both days to celebrate with something sweet!
A Better World Cafe is a joint venture between two NJ non profits, Elijah's Promise and Who Is My Neighbor? We serve seasonal and sustainable food in a unique pay what you wish setting. All proceeds go to running the cafe.
